The key to a successful highrise structure lies in its structural depth. We always aim to develop a strong stability system based on the shallowest structural depth practical, enabling space for additional storeys. Designs must be lean with a time efficient programme order to avoid delays, which can be particularly costly for developers. Value engineering is essential for highrise projects; & due to our experience we are able to assess the buildability of the structural core and strike a balance between the best theoretical solution and practical buildable solution. We are regularly chosen by our clients to work on projects exceeding 50 storeys; and have developed ambitious designs of landmark buildings over 70 storeys.
