Understanding the impact of the natural environment upon a project and vice versa is of great importance. Our designs and solutions are always devised with the aim of minimal disruption to surrounding water flow. Our specialist team take extreme care to manage & control flowing water courses and rivers, also taking into account tide times and levels in our plans. For example, on the Minoco Wharf Project we were able to develop the concept for river wall improvements within the Royal Docks site adjacent to the Thames. We assisted in seeking flood defense consent on behalf of our client; and as a result a 150m river wall was designed and delivered.
